GOLDWELL “NAME THE NEXT EMOTION” COMPETITION
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) The promoter of “Color Changes Everything Name The Next Emotion Competition” is KPSS Australia Pty LTD ABN 67 003 296 366 Phone 1800 506 060 of 1A The Crescent, Kingsgrove NSW 2208
2) The promotion runs from Tuesday 19th January 2010 to Monday 1st March 2010. Entries close 5pm, Monday 1st March 2010.
3) Entry is open to Stylists employed at or Salon Owner of a certified Goldwell Stockists during and the competition period and at the time of draw of the competition.
4) To enter, the stylist must send the completed Goldwell Color Changes Everything “Name the Next Emotion” Competition entry form to, Locked Bag 4318, Kingsgrove NSW 2208 or fax 02 9150 5237 by Monday 1st March 2010. In addition stylists can enter online at www.styleicons.com.au from 28th January to 1st March period.
5) The entries will be judged over 5 days from 9am, 2nd March through to 5pm, Monday 8th March 2010 at KPSS head office, 1A The Crescent, Kingsgrove NSW 2208
6) The winner will be personally notified by telephone by Goldwell on Wednesday 10th March 2010.
7) Entry forms are supplied by Goldwell and will also be inserted in Trade Publication Instyle (Jan/Feb Issue on sale 29th January until 5th March). In addition, entry forms will be available online at www.styleicons.com.au from 28th January (to 1st March period).
8) Entries will only be deemed valid if they are authentic, and complete in full, including all personal details.
9) Their will be only 1 winner, the winning stylist will win $5,000 cash which they will be sent a cheque by KPSS Australia Pty LTD within 21 days of being notified of winning.
10) Goldwell Employees and direct family members are not permitted to enter the promotion.
11) Prizes are not transferable.
12) The winner will be published at http://www.goldwell.com.au/sites/public/News.aspx on Monday 15th March 2010.
13) Goldwell reserves the right to include/not to include the winning emotion as part of the Color Changes Everything Campaign Extension set to launch in 2010.
14) All entries become the property of KPSS Australia Pty Ltd and will be entered into its databases. KPSS Australia Pty Ltd may use the entrant’s name and contact addresses for future marketing, promotional and publicity purposes, including sending the entrant electronic messages, unless otherwise advised. KPSS Australia Pty Ltd may publish the winner’s name and address through broadcast, electronic or print media, point of sale and newsletters without compensation. Entrant’s personal information will be collected to administer and promote this competition and its winner, unless otherwise advised. Entrants may contact KPSS Australia Pty Ltd at its above address to request access to any of their personal information that is held. Failure to provide entrant’s name and contact addresses on an entry form will disqualify that entry form from being eligible to participate in the promotion.
