Goldwell products are only available at professional salons, a philosophy that has remained unchanged for over 60 years. You won’t ever find our brands in supermarkets, corner stores or pharmacies. And unlike many of our competitors, we do not promote do-it-yourself home hair colouring that takes business away from salon professionals.

OUR TEAM
We have the most advanced EDUCATION team within Australia. Our full-time Educators ensure that not only do we provide the very best initial training for your team – but you are assured that your on-going training needs are met and each team members potential realised. Our Educators have exceptional technical and communication skills and understand the different learning techniques that can be applied to maximise any learning experience.
Our CUSTOMER SERVICE Department is based at our Head Office in Sydney and services all salons around Australia and New Zealand. Our friendly team has years of experience providing the best service and support possible and many of the team have a hairdressing background. They are able to help you with product orders, special offers, account and general enquiries.
WAREHOUSE To ensure our product delivery is unsurpassed, we have warehouse facilities in Sydney, Townsville, Adelaide, Perth and Hobart.
Our Head Office and International Education Centre are both located in Sydney and we have offices/studio facilities in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
