Please be advised your Salon Account debited 3 weeks prior to the Seminar / Event. Credit card bookings will be debited immidiatly upon booking.
You can pay for your GOLDWELL seminar by:

Charging your GOLDWELL Account

Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
A booking advice will be emailed to each individual participant once your booking has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email four weeks prior to your seminar.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be given to the GOLDWELL Education Bookings Hotline by phone or email.
(Your Sales Executive or Educator cannot accept verbal cancellation notice).
At this time you will be allocated a cancellation reference number for your records.
Cancellation - 3 weeks notice (15 working days)
– No charge applies
Cancellation - within 3 weeks (15 working days) or non-attendance
– Attracts a 100% charge
GOLDWELL reserves the right to cancel or postpone any seminar due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case participants booked will be notified by phone and email.
In the event of illness on the day of the seminar GOLDWELL require a medical certificate to enable a full refund

All prices listed include GST
Apprentice Pricing 20% discount to apprentices when booking an inspirational seminar. This pricing is only available to hairstylists during their apprentice training period. This booking is to be made directly with your Goldwell Educator.
